NHPERG, the National Health Care Policy, Education, and Research
Group is a four year old non profit 501(c) 3 organization lead
by former executives of the health insurance and health care industry,
and current benefit management leaders, together with representatives
of businesses, professionals, labor, the public sector, self employed
people and retirees, who support the the swift adoption by these organizations of cooperative health insurance benefit programs. Our mission is to mobilize
supporters of real health insurance reform and increase awareness,
among the general population of businesses, professionals and
independent contractors, of alternatives to the current system of
health care in the United States.
NHPERG is attracting support
from leaders of grassroots organizations of business,
community, labor and professional organizations who want to become involved
in building the type of grassroots network that will be necessary
to win support among employee groups and associations.
